Properly exfoliated skin can keep all skin-related troubles at bay. Thus, having an effective scrub is vital. But, a proper skin care treatment at regular intervals can burn a hole in your pocket. Benefits of Exfoliation

Exfoliation plays a vital role in keeping your skin cleansed, healthy and beautiful. To keep the skin clean and glowing, most women depend on spas and massages that can fulfil the needs of your skin. However, these beauty treatments can prove to be harmful for your wallet. The most important thing which you must understand before hitting a salon is that the basic components of all these expensive beauty products are derived from nature. Thus, the expensive body scrub gels or mud packs available in the stores can be made at home using simple ingredients like sugar.

    Why Sugar Scrub?

A sugar scrub can improve the appearance of skin and texture by exfoliating and moisturizing it. Sugar can produce compounds like glycolic acid, which is an alpha hydroxyl acid that can effectively loosen the dirt and dead skin cells. Sugar scrub does not contain any harsh granules that can scratch skin or cause irritation. The best part about the scrub is that you do not have to necessarily buy a scrub containing sugar granules from the stores. In just four easy steps, you can prepare it yourself at home.
