Stretching or massaging the foot muscles that are cramping will provide you relief from the pain. All you have to do is pull your toes toward you either using foot and leg muscles or your hands.  If the aforementioned methods don’t help you much, place a warm compress on your foot to boost circulation in the affected area.  This will in return help restore the nutritional balance thereby relaxing the cramped muscles.
