    Types

    You can leak urine when you sneeze, cough, laugh or lift something; it is stress incontinence. Urge incontinence is an urge to urinate that's so strong that you can't make it to the toilet in time. Functional incontinence is another type where you can't make it to the bathroom in time to urinate, usually because of something that has got in your way and you were not able to walk.     Managing with kegel exercises

    Make a pee schedule, stick to it

    When you have an incontinence problem, making a pee schedule can really help. Timed urination helps keep the bladder empty. And when your bladder is empty, it cannot leak.     Change your diet

    Diet has a vital role in urinary incontinent. For example – a glass of juice in the morning, carbonated beverage during lunch and a beer drink in the evening adds up.
