    Soaked Raisins

    Raisins are good because they are rich in nutrients and will help you to restore your blood pressure to normal. Therefore, it is important that you eat a few raisins every day and bring your blood pressure back to normal. Soak about ten raisins in water and leave it for a night, then eat them in the morning on an empty stomach. Do not consume food or drinks for the next one hour.

    Basil and Honey

    Basil is an excellent herb that is rich in nutrients and can help to restore your body's lowered blood pressure levels. You should wash about fiteen plucked basil leaves and after crushing them extract the juice. Then add a tablespoon of honey to this juice and mix it well. You must consume this at least twice a day.

    Eat Fiber

    Foods that are rich in fiber should be consumed in order to control the blood sugar and cholesterol levels in the body. You should eat carrots, peas and fruits like bananas and cereals as they are rich in sucrose and fiber. These foods are healthy and they nourish your body and improves your immunity. They also regularize the hormones in the body and keep your blood pressure at normal figures.

    Almonds and Milk

    Here is yet another well known home rememdy for low blood pressure. Just a handful of almonds each morning on an empty stomach could do the trick. You could also grind 6 to 7 almonds and mix it well with about hald a glass of lukewarm milk or low fat milk. You should take sips from this mixture when you feel dizzy or weak due to a lowered blood pressure.

    Beetroot Juice

    If you drink raw beetroot juice you will help yourself in dealing with low blood pressure. You should drink a cup of beetroot juice twice daily for about one week. The truth is that other natural fruit juices can also help with low blood pressure.

    Rosemary

    Here is a another herb which is believed to be useful in normalising low blood pressure as it happens to stimulate the central nervous system and also improves circulation. You should take about 10 ml of rosemary tincture per day, or in other ways you can also infuse freshly prepared ones in your foods. Inversely add three to four drops of rosemary essential oil in your diffuser for aromatherapy.

    Carrot Juice

    You could start your day with fresh carrot juice mixed with a little honey which would very easily treat low blood pressure. Take a glass of carrot juice and mix two tablespoons of honey in it and then drink it daily on empty stomahc early in the morning and then again in the evening.

    You could drink lemon juice as this is highly effective in treating high blood pressure. But then again it could also be used for treating low blood pressure when it is caused by dehydration. You could drink lemon water in such cases by mixing i with a little bit of salt or sugar. This will help you to energuze your body by stimulating the liver function and also aids in digestion.

    Salt Water

    Here is a common remedy for low blood pressure. You should know that salt is useful in curinglow blood pressure. Therefore, drink one glass of lukewarm water with mixed half a spoon of salt once every day. But this should only be done until your pressure goes back to normal.

    A good news for coffee lovers. Just a cup of dark coffee can give an instant relief to the condition of low blood pressure. You must however check with your doctor before you try this remedy as caffeine could raise other problems as well.
