    Gingivitis is a common gum disease which is usually mild and causes irritation, redness and swelling in the gums.     Brushing

    Nothing works better for your oral health than proper and regular brushing. Use a fluoride toothpaste and a soft toothbrush to regularly brush your teeth at least twice every day. Gently brush your teeth in circular motion and clean them thoroughly. Image Courtesy : Getty

    Flossing

    Food and germs usually find their home between your teeth where toothbrush may not easily reach. A dental floss comes handy in such situations. Once you are done brushing your teeth, always floss your teeth to remove any food leftovers or other residues.     Tongue Cleaning

    Improve Nutrition

    Maintain Routine
