    Garlic

    Garlic is one of the best options to get rid of the gas problems. The pungent and healing qualities of ginger help in reducing the gastric fire. Take some grinded garlic cloves and boil them in water. Add some cumin seeds and pepper in it. Strain the boiled solution and let it cool down at room temperature.     Ginger

    Ginger is considered as the best medicine for treating indigestion. It has been used to cure gastric problems from ancient times. Chewing fresh garlic piece after meal on a regular basis can help to prevent gas and indigestion problems.
