A Simply Sizzling Fruit Treat

Peel any of your favourite fruit and cut it into small pieces. Put 3/4 cup of yogurt, 1 cup milk, 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) and the fruit into a blender. If you want a little thicker consistency, a banana can be added. Pour it in a travel-friendly mug and hit the road.
