    Those who are in constant worry of suffering from premature graying of hair have nothing to worry about if they regularly consume paprika in their diet. Vitamin B6 present in it stimulates the production of melanin, a pigment that lends hair its colour. If you do not want to consume it, you could add sweet paprika powder to henna to give a reddish tint to your hair. You must, however, do a patch test on the inside of your wrist before applying it directly to your scalp.
