Some research studies have shown that oranges have phytonutrients such as citrus flavanones, polyphenols, anthocyanins and hydroxycinnamic acids which are beneficial to the health of the human body.  As per studies, these fruits also contain herperidin which has anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce symptoms of hypertension.

Not only does this vegetable help to prevent various diseases like cancer, but it also promotes cardiovascular health and helps to regulate blood pressure during summers.

The tea also helps to regulate blood pressure levels (which tend to rise during summers) and improve overall blood circulation. This further decreases the risk of any type of cardiovascular disease.
