    Watermelon is a fruit for summers. It is a great source of energy and is made up of 90 per cent water, which assists in keeping you well-hydrated.     Citrus fruits like oranges, grapefruit and lemons are the most cooling fruits amongst all fruits. Aside from their delicious taste, citrus fruits can keep you healthy and make you look younger. Citrus is also considered to be especially important in digestion as it helps aid the breakdown of rich and fatty foods. Some research studies have shown that oranges have phytonutrients such as citrus flavanones, polyphenols, anthocyanins and hydroxycinnamic acids which are beneficial to the health of the human body.  As per studies, these fruits also contain herperidin which has anti-inflammatory properties and can reduce symptoms of hypertension.

The vegetable is also known to provide at least 40 percent of our body’s manganese requirement. Not only does this vegetable help to prevent various diseases like cancer, but it also promotes cardiovascular health and helps to regulate blood pressure during summers.

The tea also helps to regulate blood pressure levels (which tend to rise during summers) and improve overall blood circulation.
