    Body Language

When you meet a person for the first time, your body language leaves a lasting impact in their mind about your personality. So, carrying yourself in a pleasing way is very essential. Watch out for the way you sit and stand before them and always wear a smile on your face.

If a person visits your home or office, it is important that you offer them a glass of water. If the person has visited your place for the first time, it is natural for them to feel hesitant to ask for water. So, it is a part of good etiquettes to make them feel comfortable.

When you are in an argument, understand that the other person also deserves the same amount of explanations as you do. Don’t just end the issue by simply saying `no’. You must support your statement with an explanation.
