Be generous when you smile as it may brighten someone’s day. You should encourage people to smile at others and make them feel good as well.     Another super easy way to be nice is to listen to others. You can start it with your co-workers, friends and family. A lot of times, we get so caught up with our lives that we don’t have time for others which causes tuning out with them.
