Before You Pop the Pill
A heavy feeling a stomach, frequent burps, acidity and heartburn are all symptoms of indigestion. It usually occurs because of unhealthy eating habits and elevated stress levels which make the secretion of digestive juices erratic. For the love of spices that we Indians feel, we often suffer indigestion; but before you rush to the chemist and fetch antacids next time, you may want to try some natural remedies for your troublesome stomach. Lime and Ginger
