    Squats

    Inclusion of squats may seem difficult at first, but you should practice the exercise more and more. This compound, full-body exercise trains the muscles of your thighs, hips and buttocks. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart. Lower your hips and bend your knees in a way that your thighs are parallel with the floor.     Triceps Pushups with Knees on the Floor

    Tricep pushups with knees on the floor are modified pushups for those having trouble completing a push-up. Place your hands on the floor under your shoulders.
