    After you’ve had a healthful dinner and finished the meal with a dessert, it will undo your healthy day.     Now you’re with a friend at a coffee shop that has many sweet drinks and pastries on display. Ordering one of those calorie-and-sugar bombs can be troublesome. Just pick something like a latte or a fruit shake/juice to be on the safer side. When ordering a coffee, say no to add-ons that have flavoured syrups or whipped cream in them.     Don’t just pick up a juice becuase its label says ‘all-natural’. You may think that gulping down a glass can do no bad to you, but it truly can.
