    Avoid wearing tight jeans, thongs and underwear as they don’t allow air to circulate around the vagina. The tight clothes increase the moisture creating the perfect environment for yeast to grow.     Lack of enough sleep can make your immune system weak.  A weakened immune system has high chances of getting naturally occurring vaginal acidity. The increase in the levels of vaginal acidity tends to lower the PH of the vagina which allows vaginal yeast to grow. Getting a sound sleep will your body to maintain optimal health.     Most of the women develop yeast infection when they are going through stressful times or major changes in the life like getting married, divorce or facing unemployment.
