    Improper Placement

    Condom is an easy to use thing however it's is very crucial to wear it properly before the intercourse. Wearing a condom only up to midway or not following the instruction properly while wearing it, may pose risk of leakage of sperm and even condom rupture.     This is a rare case considering the fact that one time use of a condom leaves it practically unusable.
