The condition occurs when there is excess secretion of acids in the gastric glands of the stomach.     Aloe vera juice has an amazing ability to reduce inflammation and it provides quick relief from acidity. Take half a glass of ready-to-drink aloe vera juice right out of the bottle. You can also add it to your diet as it offers several health benefits too.

    Mint leaves are also considered to be a popular natural remedy for acidity. Mint leaves should be chewed on an empty stomach early in the morning.
