    The benefits of lemon are endless. You may use lemon to counter the after-effects of harsh nail grooming products that often leave your nails feeling quite dry. Lemon can prevent nails from chipping and peeling. Moreover, it can maintain the tone and texture of the nails as well. Squeeze the juice out, dip a cotton pad in it and use it to swipe each nail. Continue to massage the nails with lemon juice and let it dry on your nails. Add these two in a bowl of warm water and soak your hands in it. Keep the hands in the bowl for about 10 minutes. The remedy when used twice a week can be quite effective.     A combination of beer, olive oil and apple cider vinegar make a great remedy for brittle nails. To make the combination – warm a quarter of a cupful of olive oil and mix it with the same amount of apple cider vinegar and half a cupful of beer.
