    A refreshing cup of coffee or a hot cup of tea feels important to start your morning. But, the effect is temporary and the damage it causes is comparatively long-lasting. Foods that are high in sugar like coffee, tea or doughnuts can decrease blood sugar levels dramatically and consequently make you feel lethargic.

    Drinking Less Water

    Multiple studies have been conducted to suggest that even mild dehydration can lead to tiredness. Not consuming enough liquids can make you feel exhausted soon.

    Using Devices at Night

    Is it an every night routine to catch up with your latest rom-com show on the laptop before dozing off? Beware, because this habit can make you feel tired the next day. Using phone or laptop before going to sleep does not let you sleep peacefully. The artificial light of your gadgets decrease the production of melatonin, which makes it tough for your brain to relax and regulate sleep cycles.

    Binge Eating Junk Food

    Junk food is loaded with sugar and carbs which have harmful effects on the sugar level of the body. Skipping the junk and choosing healthy options like brown rice, seeds and nuts etc can keep you feel filled with energy all day.

    Zero Workout Routine

    No workout routine can mean that you will feel fatigued throughout the day irrespective of the amount of sleep you take. Yoga and exercise can keep your energy levels boosted. Even if your hectic schedule does not let you hit the gym every day, manage a walk for at least 20 minutes.

    Deficiency of Iron

    One of the primary causes of fatigue can be love level of iron in the diet. Add more meat or leafy vegetables to your diet to cover up for the deficiency and to feel energetic.

    Alcohol Consumption before Sleep

    It is commonly believed that having a glass of wine or whiskey helps you have a sound sleep by relaxing your mind. But that is only a belief and not at all true. Although alcohol may help you fall asleep quickly, but it reduces your rapid eye movement stage, which is when you get deep sleep and start dreaming. Having less of this can make you feel fatigued.
