    Regular exercise can do a lot of good to you. It makes you feel good by relieving stress, improving your confidence, clearing your mind and giving you an endorphin rush. Moreover, it has also been proven to be an effective strategy to get out of stressful circumstances. Make exercise a part of your routine by choosing the physical activities that you love.     We are too caught up in our lives or our own problems to help anyone. Time is valuable for everyone. When you take time out for a friend who needs help, they will remember you.
