The key to fight bad breath is to have good oral hygiene. You must brush and floss after every meal to trim-down the odor that causes bacteria in your mouth. Here are some ways that make your breath smell good.

    The best way of keeping bacteria’s away is by lubricating your mouth with water. There are many bottled drinks like sodas, sports drinks and ice teas that contain citric acid that contributes to bad breath and also depletes the enamel on the teeth.

    Gargle With Alcohol-Free Mouthwash

    Saliva aids in washing away the odor and bacteria’s that cause cavity, so it’s important to keep your mouth moist. In case you often consume alcohol, you are bound to have more bacteria accumulation as it dries out the mouth. Make sure your mouthwash does not have alcohol or else you could also prepare a natural mouthwash by using 1 tablespoon of baking soda in 1 cup warm water with a few drops of essential peppermint oil.
