Cover the Blisters to Prevent Friction

You can use band aid to keep your blisters from irritating contact. But to heal the blister quickly, you must apply the band aid so that it doesn’t stick to it. Make a mini "tent" by applying the sticky ends of the bandage closer together, with the middle padded part rising slightly over your blister. This home remedy allows the blister to breathe, promoting healing while also protecting it from friction, or dirt and debris that could cause infection.

    Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar contains anti-bacterial compounds which steer clear the risk of septic or infection from making the blister worse. Take a little vinegar and apply on the affected body area with the help of a spoon. Remember, this could be very painful, and the blister may twinge but, this natural remedy will help you a lot. If you find applying vinegar to be too painful to handle, you may substitute it with hydrogen peroxide and clean the blister with it.

    Green Tea

Green tea again has anti-inflammatory properties that aid healing. Brew three tea bags in boiling water, and toss in a teaspoon of baking soda. Baking soda has antiseptic properties. Allow the brew to cool, then soak your blister in it. You can use gauze to apply the home remedy to the area if the blister is in an area too difficult to soak. Also, if your blister hasn't popped, you can speed up the healing process by soaking it in warm water to help it soften up and drain the fluid inside.
