Although summers are fun with all the varieties of fruits and veggies, with all fun water rides and refreshing delicacies, summer is also the season to be scared of as it comes with some maladies that are annoying, unbearable and sometimes fatal.

    One of the worst summer maladies is sunburn. Before you step out in sun, the only thing that is there to worry about is sunburn. Though it is one of most common summer health issues but people can take care of it with sunscreen creams and lotions.     There are many bothersome health problems in summer that can trouble people from different age groups. Nausea, headaches, fatigue, weakness, loss of appetite and heat strokes are some of the very common summer health issues that everyone goes through.

    Food poisoning

    In winters, you can eat whatever you wish. You don’t have such privilege in summers as food poisoning becomes one of the very annoying and common summer maladies. To avoid illness caused by food, one must avoid eating meat, poultry, fish, eggs and animal products as warm weather temperature can cause animal products to get bacteria that can make you sick.

    Yes, indeed dehydration is the biggest summer malady ever. You may experience health disorders during summer like nausea, fatigue, and heat strokes due to dehydration. Keeping yourself hydrated is the only way you can protect yourself against dehydration.

    Flu can be annoying

    Flu is a contagious respiratory ailment and can prove fatal, if neglected. The most common symptoms of flu are cough, sneeze, and fever and muscle pain. The best way to stay away from flu is to keep hygiene as your first priority. Wash your hands before eating anything or using any public toilet, transport and other stuff that is already used by others. The idea is to stay away from contamination.
