Our body needs essential nutrients like vitamins, minerals, iron, calcium, protein, etc, on a regular basis to be healthy. These nutrients are our body's building blocks. There is no other safer way to have them all other than through some superfoods. Here is a list of foods that can provide you with all these essential elements.

    Proper nutrition is needed by your body to remain healthy and ward off diseases. This makes it crucial for us to ingest a diet that consists of essential nutrients like vitamins, protein, fibre, iron and calcium. Foods like green vegetables, whole grains, fruits etc are some superfoods that can provide you with your daily nutritional requirements and you should make sure that you include such options in your meals.

    Yogurt is completely fat-free and is a treasure trove of vitamins, calcium and protein. It has the power to guard you against heart diseases, high blood pressure and kidney diseases.
