    Aloe Vera

    Anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties of aloe vera make it a miraculous plant. For minor cuts and grazes, you can apply the aloe extract and let it air dry. Repeating this 3-4 times a day alleviates the pain and heals the cut.

    The therapeutic properties of turmeric make it an excellent remedy for treating minor cuts and grazes. Applying turmeric stops bleeding, eases pain and prevents infection as well. You can directly apply it on the cuts.

    Honey has myriad skin-friendly enzymes and antibacterial properties. It reduces pain, moisturizes the injured area and stimulates skin for quick healing. When you get a cut, apply raw honey gently and bandage it up for about an hour.

    Garlic is known for its excellent curative properties. Owing to the presence of antimicrobial compound known as illicit, garlic aids in preventing infection. Besides, the herb also facilitates healing and alleviates pain. Just crush a clove of garlic and apply it directly.

    Onion can treat minor wounds quickly, owing to the presence of quercetin and sulfur compounds in it. All you have to do is slice a fresh onion into small thick pieces and gently run them on the injured area.

    If you get a wound, sprinkling granulated sugar can help you. It absorbs the water present in the wound and catalyses healing. Just make sure to clean the wound within the next 15 minutes.

    Tea tree oil can treat minor grazes and wounds due to antiseptic and healing properties. It stimulates quick healing process and relieves the pain. Add 1 tablespoonful of tea tree oil in half a cup of lukewarm water and use this solution to wash the cut.

    White vinegar can be used to cleanse and disinfect cuts. Its astringent and antiseptic properties prevent infection. Add 1 teaspoonful of vinegar to half a cup of water. Using a cotton ball, apply the mix to cuts.
