    You must increase your water and fiber intake teh week before you get your period so as to help your liver metabolize estrogen. Estrogen is one of the main causes of premenstrual symptoms such as cramps, bloating and moodiness.

    Pineapple Treat

    Try eating pineapple if you are trying to get pregnant becuase eating this fruit during the week after ovulation will help you. It contains bromelain which thickens the uterus lining and this helps in implantation of the egg.
