Key Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4-5 cloves of garlic (minced), 10 baby carrots (sliced vertically), 2 ½ cups of celery (chopped), bell peppers of all colours (chopped), 4 frozen pieces of tilapia fish (cleaned and sliced into flat shapes), ½ teaspoon of green chilli sauce, 3 small lemons (cut thinly into slices), parchment paper
To begin with preheat the oven to 185 °C. Next, sauté the bell peppers, garlic cloves, carrots and celery till it softens. Now, wrap the tilapia slices in the parchment paper separately and cover each slice with lemons. Now seal the paper from all sides like an envelope. Bake it for 20 minutes. Arrange the pieces in the plate and sprinkle the sauted vegetables on top of it along with the chilli sauce. Serve!
