1. HCG Cabbage Chili


Ingredients:

  • 100gms lean ground beef or chicken breast
  • 100gms cabbage, 100gms ripe tomato
  • 2 cups water
  • 1tsp ground cumin
  • 1tsp chili powder
  • 1tsp ground thyme
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper.


Method:

  • Cook the meat or chicken breast with the minced garlic.
  • Add 2 cups of water along-with cumin, chili powder, thyme, oregano, salt and pepper. Cover it and left it to cook.
  • When water is very hot, add cabbage. Cook it until cabbage is tender and finally add tomato.
  • Cook it until the tomato gets soft and tender.

2. HCG Ground Beef Tacos/Lettuce Wraps


Ingredients:

  • 100gms lean ground beef
  • lettuce leaves
  • 1tsp finely minced onion
  • 1crushed clove
  • 1minced garlic
  • Dash of garlic powder
  • Dash of onion powder, dash of dried oregano
  • Fresh chopped cilantro to taste
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste.


Method:

  • Fry the ground beef till it gets brown.
  • Add onion, garlic, oregano, clove, garlic powder and onion powder, and salt and pepper. Add little water and simmer gently for 5-10min. Garnish it with fresh chopped cilantro.
  • Serve it with lettuce leaves with a side of tomatoes.

3. HCG Orange Ginger Chicken


Ingredients:

  • 100gms chicken-cut into chunks
  • Bblack pepper
  • Orange cut in ¼s,
  • 2-3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 fresh ginger root peeled and minced
  • 1-2 basil leaves
  • Juice of half lemon.


Method:

  • Preheat pan over medium heat.
  • Sprinkle the chicken with pepper.
  • Add chicken to pan and stir fry for 5-10min until get brown on all sides.
  • Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
  • Squeeze juice of orange quarters over the chicken.
  • Peel and separate orange into sections. Add orange sections, ginger, lemon juice and basil and stir it well.
  • Cover and simmer it for 20-30min.
