Curry leaves contain essential nutrients that are good for the hair and can effectively repair damaged roots. Apply the paste of curry leaves to the scalp at least once a week before washing it off with a scalp sensitive shampoo. Once the roots are repaired, hair growth will improve.
The leaves are quite rich in beta-carotene and protein that increase hair growth and reduce hair loss. They are also rich in antioxidants and lock moisture in the scalp, thus preventing dandruff.
Take some fresh curry leaves and some coconut oil in a bowl and boil till it becomes black in colour. Let it cool down and your homemade hair tonic is ready. Apply it directly to the scalp.
