Avoid taking refined sugar as it may affect your blood pressure, which in turn can have a negative impact on your fertility.
Some researchers have suggested that genetically mutated crops such as soy and corn can have negative impact on the fertility of a person. Avoid GM crops to minimize your risk of infertility.
Just follow these dos and don'ts to keep infertility at bay and with some care and precaution, you can prevent harm to your ability to conceive.
