You wake up early in the morning for a job interview and you are freaking out with high stress levels. To beat stress at that point of time pour out some orange juice and drink it. Undoubtedly, orange is a great source of Vitamin C which is a magical constituent known to reduce the levels of blood pressure and cortisol.
