Oatmeal is rich in carbohydrates which stimulate the brain to produce more serotonin, the same chemical release when you eat dark chocolate. In fact the more slowly your body absorbs the carbohydrates; the steadier is the flow of serotonin. The result is that you will reduce the chances of snapping people and lesser the stress levels.
