Raspberry Leaves – Raspberry leaves are known to benefit women facing fertility troubles. The herb promotes the normal growth of the embryo and brings disturbed hormones back to normal.
Stinging Nettle – Stinging nettle, which is known as uterine malfunction remedy, can help improve fertility. The herb works great for those who are trying to conceive as it helps retain the embryo inside the womb and prevents miscarriages. Stinging nettle can only be consumed in the form of tea.
Panax Ginseng – Panax ginseng is another herbal remedy for male infertility. The herb is known to increase men’s testosterone levels and improve both sperm motility and sperm count.
