Increased level of stress and busy schedule for prolonged period can work negatively on body, mind and spirit. Here are some of the relaxation techniques that can help you to bounce back:

 

Tai Chi


Tai Chi is a type of exercise that facilitates strength and stability on both the mental and spiritual grounds. It is for this reason that Tai chi is excellent way to relax, refresh and bounce back. Deep Breathing


Relaxation breathing is a great way to relax your body. Just lie down on your back and slowly relax your body. Now concentrate on our breathing and start deep breathing. Hold your breath for few seconds and slightly breathe out.

 

Body Massage


Body massage is a great relaxing technique. It de- stress and helps to burn calories as well. Massage is useful to get relief from various health problems such as headaches, back pain, arthritis, stress, circulatory and respiratory problems.
