    Good and simple explanation of Anulom and Vilom pranayam. I have been doing this for nearly forty years and at the age of 79 years I do not need to take any medication and I think it is because of my continual practice of pranayam. One only needs a little practice initially after which one would certainly continue doing pranayam and I am sure one would feel the difference in their daily life, both physical and psychological.

    Anulom Vilom Pranayam should be done after kapalbhati exercise if done so it gives immense pleasure and calmness and good blood circulation

    I had had asthma, especially during winters my condition used to worsened. On the advise of a friend, i started practicing Anulom Vilom Pranayam and within six months of practicing it, it was cured by 50 per cent. Now, i dun have to sit at my home during winters.
