Place the crown of your head on the floor and slowly inhale and lift up your hips. Hold this position until five breaths.

Sit in padmasana or sukhasana, keep your back and neck straight and eyes closed. Place your hands on your knees in gyan mudra. Sit in padmasana or sukhasana. Closing the right nostril with the right hand thumb, gently inhale through the left nostril. After complete inhalation, close the left nostril with the ring finger and middle finger of the right hand and exhale completely through the right nostril. The rate of inhalation-exhalation should gradually be increased from medium to vigorous.
